I don't think you have a point to be honest if your only argument is "Only Cloud can kill Sephiroth" which appears to be the case. You think Galactus can only KO Sephiroth but not kill him because FF7 says "Only Cloud Can Kill Sephiroth"? Dude, do you realize that Galactus wasn't even in FF7 so that statement about Cloud being the only one to kill him doesnt apply to big G? And it doesnt apply to Broly either. Powerwise, Broly busts galaxies and Sephiroth hasnt shown the ability to tank a galaxy buster last time I played FF7.

Actually if you look closely you can see 3 little white specs which are the remains of the south galaxy, and yes King kai said "no it's all gone", because the whole galaxy had been "shattered", all that life, and the stars, and planets, destroyed in one attack. Broly's blast was so strong that the ki that swept across the RUINED planet was more ki than goku had, and so goku thought that Broly was there, when he was not. In english when somebody says its all gone it does not necessarily mean that the whole thing is gone, for example if you were a multi millionaire, and you had lost alot of money that you had say only a fiver, you would say that it is all gone, and that only a fiver is left, and so when king kai says it is all gone, he is simply stating that it has been completely shattered and it would be a miracle if something were to survive.
