Broly has never been harmed by physical attacks except by some hail mary plot device Dragon Punch, so I would say his actually physical abilities are unquantified to be comparable to Hulk or Doomsday. That said, Hunter/Prey Doomsday would likely beat him on adaptability alone.
If he will try to go head to head with Doomsday or Hulk in a physical battle he will die in seconds.
The only way for broly to win is to use all his power in a ki blast.He can destroy planets with ease(destroying the galaxy is arguable) so a full powered blast should kill hulk and doomsday.
If the battle has 2 rounds doomsday will adapt to ki based atacks and will beat the crap out of broly.Knowing how sane broly is,he will most likely not use a full power blast and he will die.

He would incinerate Hulk with ease and might be shocked by Doomsdays durability, but would soon go down quickly after trying a little harder. Then, Doomsday gets Resurrected and hunts Broly down...upon finding Brolly, Doomsday waits for him to power up to his utmost potential and then literally rips his head off his body, eats it and takes a nap on his body.

The movie takes place in one planet that was in what was formerly the Southern galaxy. Kai later says in the movie that the LSSJ was already done with the Southern Galaxy and feared the Northern one would be next. A galaxy is a massive collection of stars. The small portion we see of the Southern Galaxy can't be used to prove it still exists. I don't recall an instance where it's hinted that Kai was prophesying the fall of the Southern Galaxy like you're implying.

That argument is generally haters grasping at straws. Had it been "over time" as later indicated with Majin Buu's rampage as told by Shin the Supreme Kai, then King Kai wouldn't have reacted the way he did immediately after the event happened. It would've been something he'd known about for a long time. Instead he didn't even know about the LSSJ until the Soutern Galaxy was demolished.
Another thing the haters go on about is "the Supreme Kais would've done somethin to stop him!" and what they forget is that movie 8 "Broly The Legendary Super Saiyan" was done during the time of the Cell Games. At that time in Toriyama's works, the Supreme Kais didn't even exist yet. He hadn't written them, so they weren't even a factor in the movie plots. Not even the Grand Kai was up there until the Post-Cell filler with the Otherworld Tournament.
