Catwoman is the weakest link here, widow is the biggest chance of the teams winning, so she'll keep the major fight at her hands while the others jump around and attack him while he's dealing with Natasha.
Well since none of these ladies could actually harm Brickwell without weapons, I'd say that he takes it. Maybe his external durability doesn't extend to his crotch...so maybe a swift kick in the nuts by these women might do something....maybe??
I would argue that Black Widow could solo. She's way too skilled and agile for Brick to tag, and she does have high-tech taser equipment. Lol. I can just imagine the look on Brick's face if Natasha gave him an electric punch to the groin.
