Brainiac VS Ultron (Reverse Chess/Anti-chess)

2 machines who can calculate prabability of moves to near infinite levels... In a game of chess...im a big fan of chess and this is one of my favourite chess variants... 
REVERSE chess...ONE WHO LOSES FIRST WINS....  
the rules are pretty simple ..capturing moves are mandatory and the object is to lose all pieces. There is no check,checkmate or castling.. the king is captured like an ordinary piece.the objective is to force your opponent to lose most no of pieces...
-Capturing is compulsory.  
-When more than one capture is available, the player may exercise choice.  
-The has no special prerogative and accordingly..  In the case of stalemate, there are different rules: It is a win for the stalemated player (international rules). It is a draw. It is a win for the player with the fewer number of pieces, and if both have the same number it is a draw. The type of the piece makes no difference. 
  
-NO BFR
-NO TIME LIMIT 
 BRAINIAC vs  ULTRON
SO WHO WILL WIN(BY LOSING ie..) ????????? 
   

Brainiac can't lose this one. I give it to Ultron.

I don't see Ultron as a robot who tries to predict every move or possibility, in fact he has been outsmarted plenty of times.

mayb in battle... but cartainly not in chess.. Ultron does have genius level intellect.. nd he does calculate posssibilities..tats the only way he views things..the question is.. who is able to calculate more.. nd as Dracade said are any of them wired to actually lose.. even to win??
