Because without preparation Brainiac was able to take down Superman easily inside his ship, true he was able to escape but still....

I think brainiac wins... with a years worth of prep he has enough time to find out everything he need to know about thor and get what he needs to win. If he dnon't find anything then thor tears him apart differently.

I am going with Thor on this one. Braniac has had many opportunities and a great deal of preparation with Superman and has often been beaten pretty soundly. On top of that, Thor is basically a Superman with magic. Magic is foreign to Braniac.

How can people argue that Thor wins here? isn't it obvious Brainiac wins? he can teleport Thor in a black hole, summon a black hole on him, shoot a laser in his balls, mind blow him, destroy the galaxy. Excuse me if i bump this but i just find it REALLY weird that people were arguing Thor could win here. Brainiac without prep but up fight to Superman...
