Depends how much prep Braniac has. If its a significant enough amount he could win, but otherwise the Avengers. They function well as a team and beat the likes of Ultron, Thanos and Loki, so this is much the same principal

Because that's not in his character, he is warrior god and will probably engage Brainiac into slugfest, but if he must BFR him he will do it. I'm not fanboy, Thor is one of my favorite character, but I try to be objective all the time, Brainiac doesn't have defense against magic and he has no means of preventing being teleported to Hela's or Surtur's realm.
And the notion that Brainiac needs prep against the Avengers or any of the enemies he normally faces is kind of ridiculous. Brainiac can out think and outmaneuver most of his opponents without prep.

Following the aftermath of Flashpoint, Brainiac's origins were reset. Brainiac now is known as "the Collector" an artificial intelligences that originally developed on Culon where it believed that the only way to preserve the universe was to save the best of civilazations by micronizing them and then leaving. The Collector would infect various worlds that had a high level of AI systems with its presence before taking the main cities of those worlds. It attacked Krypton years ago and claimed Kandor before later realizing years later that a lone survivor of Krypton had escaped to Earth. Seeking out the Last Son of Krypton, the Collector made contact with Lex Luthor in order to draw Superman out. He then infected John Corben with his influence and transformed him into a cyborg under his control before taking Metropolis like he had taken Kandor years earlier.
Superman eventually stormed Brainiac's ship and made a deal that if he defeated the Collector Metropolis would go free. The Collector sent Corben after Superman, but due to Superman reasoning with Corben over his feelings for Lois Lane, he broke free of the Collector's control and joined Superman in his attack. Superman then used his rocket from Krypton that had also been micronized with Metropolis to attack the Collector's mind, which the rocket was able to due since it's primary program was to protect Kal-el. In doing so, Metropolis was returned to Earth and Superman took possession of the Collector's ship and made it his new Fortress of Solitude.

Why would I begin posing an argument for Brainiac when you can't even decide on what version of Brainiac the Avengers are fighting? How am I going to pose an argument if you yourself can't decide and are arguing against two different versions of him and then posting out of context scans?

Even without his force field, he can take blows from Superman and overpowered him in their first encounter. His ship, which he is linked with, has means to pierce Kryptonian flesh, which means that it has the means to pierce anybody with durability lower than Superman's and Supergirl's.
I'd go on but really that would be me putting up a serious argument.

Now it's your turn to throw a few curve balls by posting scans relevant to your claim that Brainiac wins.
