I am a huge fan of Brainiac and I believe that he has this one, you'll just have to take my word for it because I can't provide scans but I do have a fairly extensive knowledge of these characters. For starters, I don't think that Brainiac would have really much trouble at all hacking Ultron for those of you who don't think so, the reason being that Ultron has always been more of an offensive fighter, having made hudreds of different bodies to fight all the time. While Brainiac is primarily focused on tech and intelligence. Ultron is a genious and any one of his bodies would annihilate any of Brainiacs, except maybe the one in the Brainiac Attacks storyline which would still probably lose, but Brainiac is infinitely smarter and better with tech. So on to the battle itself, by giving him prep, while also having Ultrons body and intelligence, gives him a huge advantage in this battle. He knows virtually everything that is possible to know. If anyone, computer or otherwise, save for maybe Mr. Richards of the Fantastic Four and Gods, tried to put his nearly infinite amount of knowledge in their brain they would most likely die. Because Ultron has faced most, if not all of these oponents and nearly won every time, Brainiac has access to many of the powers, abilities, and weaknessess of most of these heroes. Brainiac is also an Alien based villain so he has much more advanced technology, along with Ultrons already impressive tech, would give Ultron the ability to buil far stronger and more advanced bodies than the ones he already has, which can already do very well in combat against these heroes. I have more to say, but considering this is all text I will cut it off now. But in my opinion this goes fairly handily to Brainiac/Ultron.
