Probably Brainiac 13... since I believe he is the strongest version. But I am really starting to like the Brainiac fighting Superman now in the Action Comics series

13 because of three reasons:

13 is a cooler number
He's the strongest version out of any of them
And Brainiac 13 has the coolest armor (skull for a chest)

I can also see the other three Brainiacs taking 13 out first because he is the strongest.

Yeah. But then what would stop 13 from predeciding that choice and destroying the other three outside of his control - i.e. some sort of bomb that is set to explode after he "dies"?
