Ultron would win here. But it wont be an easy fight, cause Brainiac 8 would put up a fight.

Aww you didn't use Ultron's new and totally kickass, I mean the one with the six eyes and the cape not the old new fembot one look.

That ultron just looked badass. The fembot looked more like an excuse to put porn in comics.
