Shao kahn wins via soul steal. If soul steal is disabled then bowser wrecks the mkverse since no one there can actually harm him or permanently kill him.

Bowser absolutely stomps. The whole soul steal argument is utter crap since people can beat him or people like him without such an ability even being a factor. Shao Kahn doesn't stand a chance.

Bowser has survived a black hole. I'd give it to him. Plus I thought Shao Khan could only steal the souls of who he has killed.

In general I don't like Nintendo's verses if analyzing Pokemon for example is also a mess. Nintendo in my opinion has no commitment to quality and consistency only creates silly games where there is no great effort on the part of the creators.

Verses like Mario the creators of the games do not care for consistency both in the power of the characters and in the continuity of the verse because there is no canon so there are games where Bowser opens a black hole in another he is competing in a race of karts... moreover and a half toon verse full of quite ridiculous feats toons.
