Book Gandalf the White vs Death Stroke with buffs

So I challenged my friend to an organized debate, he chose Gandalf the white and I chose pre-52 Death Stroke with Velocity 9 injection, promethium weapons, Nth metal armor, and Raven magical abilities granted to him by Trigon.

With all these buffs im still worried the Angelic Maiar Gandalf would be too much for the terminator.

For those of you who don't know, Gandalf from literature is much stronger than he was in the movies. He has shape shifting, the strength of a dragon, intangibility, the ability to vaporize people with but a thought... He is pretty nasty.

I'm wondering if there is any hope with all these buffs we've given the terminator.

I think the fact that Gandalf can be hurt, as in if his physical form is destroyed it takes a while for him to come back, means death stroke could speed blitz with velocity 9 and make a killing blow, but if Gandalf starts the fight being intangible, or can react at light speeds then this becomes difficult
