Beethoven will beat Captain America as Bucky Barnes... Bucky isnt as skilled as Steve just yet but he is very tough.

Captain America as Steve Rogers will beat Beethove cause Steve as Cap was a better fighter and more experienced as well

Even though Beethoven's far more cartoonish and has taken large instruments across the head in the past just to come back fighting?

Well he beat Tudrussel, who is about a third Tick-ish if my math is correct.
