Bond v. Punisher

Okay, I recently went on a Casino Royale craze and I would like to know how everyone thinks that the new James would fare against punisher... hand to hand , and/or guns and whatnot. The setting is an old warehouse, fairly large, multifloored, and crumbling in certain areas. What do you think? I honestly don't know.

3.The Punisher is more skilled with weapons.
