Scenerio: Desperate to get rid of Bomb Queen and bring order back to New Port City the United States government has no choice by to throw in with the devil, they find a dimensional rift into the DC Universe and contact the Main Man and offer him a fee of one billion dollars in gold if he can put the Bomb Queen's head on a stick. Intel got back to the Bomb Queen and she knows he's accepted and he's coming.
RULES: Bomb Queen a week prep time (Lobo is partying before he decides to to the job), she's got the entire city of New Port and all of the villians who back her at her disposal. Lobo gets no help.
