@zaied Nope, those are all different.
@the_legendary_supersaiyan_hulk: Azula's a master strategist, has superior firebending, and incredible feats. Not to mention her lightning is superior to Mako's. She's been trained from a very young age and is a firebending prodigy.
Mako and Bolin are good, but they got destroyed by Equalists in the first season, and compared to ATLA benders, they are severely lacking when it comes to feats.
IMO, the only people in LOK who could really give Azula trouble are any of Zaheer's gang, Tenzin, Kya, or Amon.
@mrunsmiley Did you see the finale for the 3rd season? They defeated 2 of Zaheer's crew. Mako defeated the water-bender 1v1 and Bolin held his own against the lave-bender(they were pretty equal) until Mako arrived to back him up. Also, Bolin can now lava bend.
@the_legendary_supersaiyan_hulk: I didn't yet, but thanks for spoiling it.
Still, Azula would win regardless. She's won out against much bigger threats than Mako or Bolin.
@mrunsmiley: Like who? in season 3 she was stalemated twice by Zuko before she went crazy.
Azula stomps. She's a greater firebender, skilled lightning bender, also a great physical combatant. She has more feats and experience. Heck, Katara could solo Bolin and Mako. Legend of Korra characters seem very weakened from what characters could do in Last Airbender. Even Korra in Avatar State does not equate to what Aang has done. Also, Bolin and Mako could hardly match one member of the Red Lotus or Korra herself. They struggled against Vatu's children and has to resort to begging and pleading for their freedom.
@dextersinister: Part of that is because Zuko grew up fighting her, and he himself is a Firebending master. She's overcome Toph, Aang in their first battle, and could have won against Zuko completely if she wasn't unhinged: that's the whole reason Zuko asked Katara to come with him, since he knew he wouldn't be able to defeat her on his own.
@mrunsmiley: In there first battle Aang the gang was physically exhausted and Toph has non-existent reflexes, in there next encounter after black sun when she got her bending back she ran from Aang and Toph.
I've posted the videos myself, Zuko stalemated a sane Azula twice and was beating a crazy one until he sacrificed himself and he couldn't muster enough control to lightning bend.
Azula is good but her abilities are horribly overexaggerated, she is can't take down 2 named benders at once.
Gotta go with Azula. She's more physically capable than either of the brothers and her fire bending is superior to Mako's, plus she's way more ruthless than either of them. Her lightening was pretty formidable, too. I don't think the brothers can beat Azula, as long as she's not crazy.
I go with Azula but someone here put Kya on a list of characters that would give Azula a run but left Korra off....
@comandermurf: Kya doesn't really have any feats aside from losing to a newly-powered zaheer and holding off Ming Hua for a bit. Then again, for a water tribe avatar, Korra doesn't seem to be that powerful of a water bender either ....
@the_legendary_supersaiyan_hulk: Bolin can lava bend? Since when?
Azula
@rolandalderas: Since the 12th episode. He bends Ghazan's lava back and turns it into rock.
The team wins.
@wbr17: Bolin can stop Lava bending, he can't generate it yet.
@norrinboltagonprime21: he can. He did it i the last episode while fighting Ghazan :)
@norrinboltagonprime21: He can create it.
This is in no way a stomp.
Azula is a better fire bender than Mako, and shes far better at shooting lighting, but Mako has his Pro-bending skills to fall back on. Both him and Bolin are damn good at evading attacks, probably just as good as Azula is. Mako and Bolin also know how to fight like a real team, Bolin is constantly raising earth walls to cover Mako while he shoots fire at the enemy. However, Azula is no fool she'll destroy the wall with lightning no problem and be on Mako's and Bolin's asses. Yet Azula has no prep and she has never experienced Lava Bending all Bolin has to do is melt the ground under her and keep chasing her with lightning while Mako keep throwing attacks.
Long story short Bolin and Mako win this fight 6.5/10
3.5/10 Azula quickly kills one of them and then the other.
@gxrevolution96: @martinceld: I re watched the fight and he never created it, he just bended the lava Ghazan already made.
Even if we assume Bolin can lava bend, what would make anyone think he would be proficient enough in it for lava bending to actually make a difference in this fight?
@norrinboltagonprime21: he did. Right after Mako electricutes ming hua, the scene switches to bolin and Ghazan. Bolin rolls and swipes his hand and from rock, lava goes flying out

Eh, still looks like he bended Ghazan's lava but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt.
I would give it to Azula. Since all of them are in character, Azula is very aggressive and doesn't hold back at all. She is a firebending prodigy that is more agile and more skilled than either of them in their respective bending. The only thing Bolin and Mako have in their advantage is that its 2 vs 1. She would probably take down Bolin and then Mako.
I want to say Azula, I really do but her not being able to redirect lightning and Mako being able to makes me have my doubts. While she is clearly more skilled and ruthless than either I can see them putting up a very convincing fight with strong teamwork.
Right now I'm thinking Azula pulls out 6/10 through agility, tactical prowess, and skill.
