Ya without someone to bring the Medium's host back into the light the Medium can't be killed. It will regen over and over. The Medium was almost hit with a concentrated attack of extreme magics which IMO was greater than a TBB. If the Medium touches Naruto it will strip him of his chakra cloak immediately and most lightly a large portion of Kurama's power. Not to mention it's shields can block single attacks quite easily. It has a problem with multiple attacks so Naruto would need to use mass shadow clones. That just gives the Medium more targets to absorb though. I see Naruto nuking it over and over until he runs out of steam and the Medium kills him
