The only reason Thor defeats Loki is because he knows how to get around his magic and tricks, from experience and Mjolnir's power. People like Blue Marvel don't have this luxury.

@kingant27: That may be true, but Loki will have a far easier time taking down Blue Marvel. I mean the guy can take hits from Thor who is stronger than Marvel, and he's fast enough to dodge Mjolnir using speed or teleportation. His magic is on a level which could take Marvel out quite quickly. Also we haven't seen Marvel fight a magical being like Loki, but Loki has fought countless people stronger than Marvel himself.
