Blue Marvel is faster, and can release anti-matter energy blasts so he has a clear advantage. Not to mention he should be just as strong as Hercules. I say he takes them based off what he did to the Avengers, Sentry, and King Hyperion.
Blue Marvel takes this, but I wouldn't say "easily". Herc and she Hulk are pretty tough, but the Blue Marvel brings a better array of powers to the mix.
