Blue lantern flash (Barry Allen) vs Superman

According that flash could use the speed force to aliment his flying, he's got to be pretty strong, but could he beat Superman.

I don't think Barry's ever shown the striking power it takes to KO Supes. He's a lot faster and should be able to avoid Supes for awhile, but unless he's bloodlusted and tries to blow up his molecules by passing through him at the right frequency, I think Supes eventually wins this.

Well alright, but that's pretty irrelevant in this thread. Wally is very different from Barry.

@Dredeuced: I'm just joking Supes owns all Flash's remember? Anyways with a Blue Lantern ring I'd give it to Barry 6/10 times. He has the most powerful weapon in the universe so he can fly like Supes, but he is faster and can think of many solutions on how to win.

Blue Lantern rings are very weak with no other Lanterns around to piggyback off of. Without a GL around, Blue Lantern ring only allows flight and basic protective aura, so I'd hardly call it the most powerful weapon in the universe.

OK this happens:

Superman.

I think Barry would take the big guy cause his main weakness (not being able to fly) would be supressed and the protection aura would allow him to take one of Superman's punch when Sups is able to hit him and I'm pretty sure Barry is fast enough to KO Sups after a while.

Barry severely lacks striking feats to put him up to the level where he can wear down Supe's durability.
