Blue Hulk is Unipowered Hulk, if Red Hulk beats him he must be way way beyond celestrial level so id say Blue Hulk.

Blue Hulk had uni power (universal level power) he should be somewhere around that level of power. Even when Spiderman had Captain Universe he was stated to be close to that level although the theory was not tested.

Spiderman when he had the Uni Power, I believe he was able to punch Grey Hulk into orbit along with a bunch of other powers. Imagine how powerful Hulk is with it.

I don't know Red Hulk as well. But if I'm not mistaken; The Uni-Power increases the Strength of the Holder by 30 Times. So Strengh for Blue is going to be incredible! (Bossting Up as he gets mad too)

Uni-Power will allow its holder to take flight and able to breath in the vacuums of space, and shoot projectiles plus others.

I would give this fight to Blue Hulk.

Where did it ever say that ?

We saw the power increase that Spiderman got from the Uni-power so that kind of level increase on top of the Hulk's power level would be astounding.

Here's some more info on the Uni-power / Capt Universe cribbed from an OHOTMU,

The Uni-Power is a manifestation of the Enigma Force, an extradimensional energy originating in the subatomic realm called the Microverse, wielded by the ethereal Time Travelers. The Uni-Power appears to be a floating globule of luminescent energy that appears seemingly from out of nowhere to engulf an individual, conferring upon him or her the costume, powers and knowledge of Captain Universe. Well, if this fight takes place in a comic written by Jeph Loeb, Red Hulk would probably win due to the infamous Loebforce.

Blue Hulk, Red Hulk only emits gamma radiation when he gets angry, and Blue Hulk doesnt even need to touch him to beat him, just fire enough energy blasts to take him down.
