@ondskapt666: Meh, Jamie and Scarab thought they could, but they didn't actually prove it by actually doing it. The Scarab also though the could contain the Spectre in an anti magic bubble, but they failed.
I would still say though with Morals ON, Jamie wouldn't be going for kill shots anyhow.

Ted is smart but no where near as smart as Tony. I going to say Tony will win this.
I really like Ted though, way more then I'll ever like Tony, and I think him being around as smart as like Scott Lang kind of adds to his characters charm. He's not over powered he is just talented and tries hard.
I wish DC had better options of its characters not associated with any of the original Justice League members. How there is no Blue and Gold book for the past two years is beyond me.
@thenewbluebeetle007: Jamie is strong but I feel like most of Tony's suits after extremis were about equal or almost equal to scarab tech. Tony is just a lot more clever and experienced then Jamie so I still vote for him, but I think it could be very entertaining.
