Slade has sword and revolver

Bloodshot.

Deathstroke. Bloodshot has done absolutely nothing to prove he could hang with Slade. Meanwhile, Slade won't have any problem eliminating Bloodshot via incapacitation thanks to that sword.

Bloodshot can regenarate pretty quickly but I can't see him winning this.
