Bloodlusted 'the other' spider-man vs batman family READ OP

1. Spider-man is bloodlusted.
2. Spider-man has the smarts of doctor octopus so he is much like superior spider man except: this is the other spider-man. If you are unaware of the other spiderman then you should know that in that story arc spider-man's strength had increased to 25 tonnes and his agility + speed had been increased greatly. He also has stingers.
3. Spider-man has no prep. Limited to standard gear.
4. The bat family has 30 minutes prep but can only have standard gear. Morales on for bat family. The bat family includes everyone posted below (barbra gordon is new 52 batgirl):

even with the bat-family having an advantage in skill, numbers and tactics? It's understandable if spider-man wins but it's definite that it's not a stomp for him because of the bat family's prep and numbers.

Most of that team is getting one shotted before they even know what's going on. Not to mention this is "The Other" Spidey added to Ocks. Spidey has prep and is bloodlusted so the only chance the Bat Family has is PIS. With webbing he will quickly incompacitate this team and use his speed, agility, strength and spider sense to dismantle them.

Spider-man doesn't have any prep. Bat family has thirty minutes prep and on that team is ALOT of experienced tactical thinking people. However, I do agree that spider-man will definitely one shot some of them, but the bats do have a tactical advantage as I said before. I'm not saying the bats or spider-man wins, it's just not a stomp.

30mins prep imo is not enough to stop a bloodlusted Spider-man. The speed he can move at when not holding back is insane. I'll go with Spidey in this state he can 1-shot everyone here.

What will happen when they start spamming him with explosive batarangs, grenades, tasers, cryo bombs and capsules, sonic weapons etc?

bloodlust on spidey wrecks these guys 30 mins prep with standard gear is not doing them any favors spidey dodges fully auto gun fire hand thrown stuff is cake and even if they do stun him with sonics if spidey doesnt roll with human punches the break thier bones on his face lol spider sense and rflexes make him almost untouchable here dont forget webbing can take people out this fight fast also so in my opinion this is too easy for bloodlusted spidey give the bat family more gear or more prep or they wont do so hot
