Being blind would only make Spidey rely on his spider sense which will make him even harder to tag.

Croc isn't even really strong enough to hurt Peter even if he hits him. Guy takes hits from Rhino, and Croc is, what, somewhere between 2-4 tons?

Actually Spider-Man got beaten up by Lizard and Croc is similar to Lizard except crocodile > lizard so therefore Croc > Spider-Man.

Generally half a Ton, to a Ton, his best feats may go slightly over that.

The best Croc strength feats I could find -

1. Lifting a crate of what looks like four ATVs
2. Lifting one end of a car off the ground and then dropping it on his foot
3. Punching a Bull unconscious
4. Throwing a man across a room (multiple instances)
5. Denting a metal railing

Hush-Virus Croc (which hasn't been in effect for years as far as I know) has thrown a car and ripped the door off a safe, but is very inconsistent, his strength fluctuates wildly between appearances ranging from him being barely better than usual to stupidly powerful.

Pete would just use Spider-Sense to locate Croc, and then beat him to death
