Gin has information on the ninja of the ninja world and how they fight .

Both are bloodlusted.

Win by death , also orchimarus speed is equalized with Gin in this battle to make it fair.

Gin one shots even with speed equalized, Shinso is MHS ( could be mach 500, even if it was a lie, still MHS )

Orochimaru if he's healthy with both arms doesn't matter if it's a random encounter he can still use edo tensei via hash cells.

So its not a BB because you say so? Does it look like a BB? Didn't he use his tails to charge it also? If you don't use calcs then you can't say Gin's bankai is mach 500. The fact that he put up a triple rashoman after it was fired outlines his reactionary skills, he simply got blitzed at the beginning of the fight because he wasn't expecting it. Awesome, Orochimaru can edo summon deidara and turn gin into dust, quite litterally.

So orochimaru can be kido sealed, but Gin can't get caught in a Genjutsu? Also, Orochimaru's poisons and the like are just a deadly as Gin's abilities and Gin has no counter to any of them, so I'm not getting why this is so clear cut.

@strafe_prower: Well cant gin get out of the genjutsu because he is working together with his zanpakuto.

@lejon: What are we basing this off of? Genjutsu can effect an area, meaning it could effect the zanpakuto as well. Not to mention that just because Gin is aware of the Genjutsu, it doesn't mean he can effectively stop it. Many people were aware of genjutsu they were under, and it didn't matter a bit.

@comicvinepoozer1: Is he not? I remember several instances of him doing so. of the 3 main jutsu types, he probably uses taijutsu the least and ninjutsu the most.

@comicvinepoozer1: That is true. I'd be interested in the strategic battle that could happen. Both are sneaky in combat and are quite ruthless, so I'd be interested how Gin would react to Orochimaru's pain tolerance and small details like that. It could be the deciding factor here.

I thought we have made a conclusion regarding to this match. Anyway, Gin takes this

@clorox92: Meh,Gin couldn't even kill momo from about 50 yards away max, before some weak lieutenant blocked his attack, his sword isn't that fast, Narutoverse seems to be faster and stronger. Close match, but oro with arms would probably win.

Lol. Did you even realize that he never been serious in any fight except for Aizen. And not to mention that killing Momo is not a wise decision because it would spoil their plan.

Could potentially go either way, but orochimaru has more tricks up his sleeve.
