Round 1: In The Thunder Dome.
Round 2: On the pirate ship.
Round 3: At The Special Olympics.
Round 1 & 2 go to Blaster, he a fighter, it's really all he does. Sloth watches TV and eats Baby Ruth's all day.
Round 3 depends on the event but I think Sloth would probably win at lifting, he has a bit of a strength advantage.
Is Blaster all geared out? If so, he has a serious advantage. Bare essentials it's a closer match. Sloth has some notable rage strength, might even out Blasters battle xp. It's been awhile, but doesn't Blaster loose morale fairly easily once he finds out his opponent is actually a worthy combatant?

I wouldn't say he looses morale, he's a pretty hard fighter but Sloth has seen a lot of movies & is pretty enthusiastic about fighting & quite the acrobat with all his leaping & swinging from ropes and what not.
Edit: & yes Blaster is geared out but think about it, his armor hinders him as much as it protects him, it weighs him down & obstructs his vision.
Blaster has a better showing in actual fights with formidable opponents though. Sloth was enthusiastic, it was a game to him, there was really nothing his brothers and mom could do to physically hurt him short of shooting him which they couldn't/wouldn't do. Sloth was playing, he is very athletic but what happens when things get real? Thunderdome is lethal, there will be blood, Sloth is mentally slow, but he's probably aware of his mortality and what it means to be fatally wounded and die. Sloth would be terrified in a death match. For Blaster it's everyday, it's his meal ticket, and the only thing he knows. This is like a beaten house dog put in the pit with a trained fighting dog.

IDK, Blaster is much more experienced but we can only speculate whether or not Sloth would be terrified if Blaster actually hurt him, he may go into a Berserker Rage & if he does Blasters going to have his hands full but on the other hand the walls are lined with weapons that Sloth has no experience in using so... I'm not sure
On the ship if Blaster goes overboard in all that armor he's done for.
