Staz rather easily unless I'm missing something about Blade.

@the_legendary_supersaiyan_hulk: True, but with prep time, Blade could have as many silver weapons as possible. And Staz is not much worth in near combat, beside having super-regeneration, so IF Blade could get close enough with a silver-sword, he could possibly kill Staz.

Anyway, Staz still has more power than Blade and could end it very quickly.
