He could morth in to subzero, scorpion or goro, they could all beat blade.

Shang Tsung could  such morth into someone who can defeat Blade.

Shang Tsung's martial arts is greater than those of Wong Fei Hong's AND Bai Mei's.  And they can both defeat Blade in h2h combat.  Therefore, Shang Tsung will also defeat Blade easily in h2h combat.
