Blade vs Nightwing & Red Hood

Dick and Jason are sitting on a rooftop having a disagreement. Upon hearing a disturbance nearby, the two jump into action and find Blade in an alleyway, having just killed a vampire, and is beating the tar out of a human familiar. They move to stop him but Blade isn't finished yet.

Location: Random city. Midnight.

Knowledge: None.

Mindset: IC

Versions: Blade(616), Nightwing and Red Hood(Pre 52)

Equipment: Blade(Titanium, acid etched sword, throwing glaives), Nightwing(Eskrima sticks, Wing dings), Red Hood(Two, custom pistols, 2 daggers)

Scenario 1: H2H Only.

Scenario 2: All weapons stated above.

Scenario 1: They won't lay a finger on him, and every hit against them will be like getting hit by a truck. The first punch or kick landed by Blade will either immediately put them out of the fight, or completely take them out of top fighting condition, making subsequent strikes much easier to land.

Scenario 2: Blade may not go for killshots initially, but he's definitely going to leave them with wounds they won't be recovering from for a month or two. He's a better shot combined with superhuman reflexes and speed, they're not aim dodging him at all.

Blade outclasses them in speed, durability, strength, killing power, and IMO skill. There's no way he would lose.

Blade wins.

This is somewhat a surprise. I thought after all the Blade underestimation I'd seen here and with Batfactor, everyone would back the team.

1. Blade, but it isn't easy. Nightwing is the better H2H fighter in the team, but Todd isn't a slouch. The thing is, Blade's hand to hand is more efficient, too put a point on it. He trains in his hand to hand to kill and maim vampires and demons and other super-human beings as quickly and as efficiently as possible. Nightwing is damn hard to hit, and will make him work for the win, but Todd is, I feel, too direct. That's going to put him out early against someone in the 5-10 ton range (I know Blades best strength feat is lifting some giant monster that was probably in that weight range). He won't kill Todd and Grayson, but I don't think he'll have qualms over breaking them and leaving them out of commission for a bit.
2. I think this would favor Bat-team's chances a bit more, but not enough to get the win. Again, Blade isn't going to outright kill two non-familiar humans in character. Blade's weapons are designed to kill. He'd be holding back more here than round one, but I still think his vastly superior physicals and healing will put him over more often than not.

Blade stomps all rounds. superhuman strength and speed, combat skill to compete and he has a healing factor to boot
