Blade vs Killer Croc and Lizard

Blade has his semi-automatic firearms converted with  hollow-point bullets., teakwood daggers, and Kevlar body armor. He also has a acid-etched sword. 
 
This battle takes place at Alkali Lake. They have full info on the environment. Lizard is Pre-Shed. This Croc is from Hush. Ultimate  Blade.
 
They have no preparation. Their objective is to kill each other. Bloodlusted, they are. Blade begins 29 metres from the two. 
 
Who wins?
