Blade wins.

Hawkeye is physically outmatched and horribly outgunned.

Hawkeye will die before he even gets a chance to use his bow.

I say Blade, Hawkeye has hardly any feats from The Avengers movie. Blade has increased strength speed and agility. And a slight healing factor to boot.
