BlackBolt Vs. Superman

Ignore any factors such as Marvel > DC. Both have their powers and their respective strengths (BlackBolt can lift 60 tons but usually is seen doing things much more impressive). This is New Earth Superman, not any weaker ones, or any freakish ones. BlackBolt from Earth-616. The two collide and have the world as their playground. Both do not need air, water, rest, or sun.

Superman blitzes him before he can use his voice.

This apparently has already been done. But I can't find it. I would say BB takes this.

BB is a molecular manipulator, and his muscle strength is made up with screams that definitely rival Supes' raw power. His voice has lots of range, giving him the advantage, and width, and will blow back an incoming Supes atleast. Only laser eyes could be useful, and he would have to be very far away.

If you took Supermans speed out of the equation Bolt would have a shot, but I guess Supes just smashes him before he can react

Superman goes near light speed, BB goes 1000 miles per hour or more...... 
 
But his power are from electron manipulation, to which he is akin to, like a kung fu guy's sixth sense, he might sense Supes's movement. From far enough away, one scream blast could put the hurt on Supes . And he could probably mess with Supes's molecules. Maybe even make kryptonite.....
