Black Widow vs Sam Fisher

SCENARIO: Sam Fisher is assigned to retrieve vital intel from a contact in the Pentagon (US Department of Defense, Virginia). Upon approaching the main room via window, Sam sees a woman (Black Widow) shoot his contact with a silenced pistol. Fisher quickly makes the decision to interrogate her as a desperate attempt for answers. Though instead of jumping through the window and risking the alarms to be triggered, he manages to keep track of her where abouts until they both reach a safe distance from law enforcements. Sam reveals himself and they both open conflict.

LOCATION: A small abandoned apartment.

Fight Conditions:

• Both participants are unarmed (as Sam could not use leathal force and Black Widow tossed her gun away).
• Black Widow has morals off and is determined to keep the information classified by any means necessary.
• Sam Fisher is bloodlusted but with morals on, he needs the information but will kill if life depends on it.

Fight Rounds:

1. Round One: Movie Black Widow.
2. Round Two: Comic Black Widow.

WINNING TERMS:

For Black Widow..: Wins by kill, or KO.

For Sam Fisher..: Wins by KO, or opponent surrender.

BONUS: Who is a better spy?

@monsterstomp: awesome setup. Fisher is definitely beating movie Widow, but im not sure he can take comic Widow in just h2h.

If they had their weapons, there was no plot, and Sam had his morals off, then I feel like Sam could beat Widow, his style of using his gun and knife with his H2H is pretty impressive.

Comic Widow is a lot like Sam, but with superhuman physicals. She is also the better marksman, as she is basically superhuman in this area as well, although Sam is talented enough to shoot Widow as well, and Sam is better at avoiding bullets, so marksmanship abilities may be pretty close to an even call.

Sam has the better gear, and better stealth.

Round 2 could be interesting.

Fisher stomps comic Widow in nearly all aspects except H2H and agility, he beats movie Widow handily in H2H but gets stomped by comic Widow in H2H. Is the bonus round a stealth fight or literally who the better spy is? Comic Widow is superior in subterfuge but inferior in espionage but a Spy is mainly the former so Comic Widow takes the bonus round but Fisher stomps movie Widow in the bonus round.

In a stealth round both Widow's last a minute tops. Sam Fisher isn't great in H2H, he's highly trained but couldn't go toe to toe with the majority or DC/Marvel's street level characters, it's his stealth and assasination skills that would allow him to take on low-mid tier characters.
