No contact? ... Punisher wins via glare. Or, if she feels up to it, Black Widow flashes Frank and he dies via nosebleed.

What, just picking stuff up and throwing it? I say Black Widow probably has better aim. She picks up a Kryptonian jelly donut, throws it in Frank's eyes, blinding him, then hits him in the throat with a Kryptonian pencil, a la Bullseye, killing him.
