Yes she took out a few security guards in Iron Man 2 but anyone of Bourne's enemies(Desh, Castel etc...) and Bourne himself could have done that faster and without the help of gadgets. We already saw him do it in the Bourne Identity. My guess is people look at it and think "Wow her fighting style is awesome thus she must win".

Black Widow is flashy and efficient.

Jason Bourne is simply efficient. And thus, people are saying she's better. Yes, she can flip around doing WWE moves to kill or knock a guy out, but Jason Bourne will do it the quickest and easiest way.

BW had better H2H skills than bourne, I was just more impressed with her, bourne reminds me of those other action packed movies I see everyday, making it less impressive ... BW wins.

Ok, I think due to the Avengers hype people are over estimating Widow, yes, she is good, but really what has she done? 
 
1. Beat up a bunch of fodder security guards 
2. beat a few fodder mobsters 
3. beat Hawkeye who has very sub par h2h feats 
4. and managed to outrun Hulk due manly to her size. 
 
Bourne regularly fights other well trained assassins and beats them.    He's literally been untouchable in battle in each fight and escapes with minor injuries.

She has impressive h2h feats, but she won't be strong enough to put Bourne down.

well bourne wins not spite though i mean widow was badass but she struggled agains't clint barton who's mind was taken over... while bourne bested desh who was on his level although widow was very fast and efficient, i mean this is one of the best fights i have seen for a while but overall i say bourne because he was close to his novel counterpart

Reaction: tied. both are fast enough to dodge everything including a knife

Agility: black widow. bourne doesn't do any flips but he's able jump and climb obsticals black widow can do flips and hurricanrana moves

Physical capability: tied. both has passed physical test while traning

Mental capability: bourne. Bourne has passed all theory tests and mental tests related to being able to cope with Delta Force, Green Berets, CIA and Treadstone

Experienced: black widow. widow has fought humans, aliens and cyborgs while Bourne has had extensive experience from Delta Force, Green Berets, CIA and Treadstone with puts him in countless scenarios

Hand to hand: tied. both of them are nearly unstoppable fighters

Intelligence: bourne. Bourne was educated being able to cope with Delta Force, Green Berets, CIA and Treadstone

Bourne. Less flamboyant, much more cunning and efficient fighter.

just rewatching Avengers 1 and 2.... and Im not sure how Bourne can win this... I like him and if Black Widow was made more of a realistic character as in... non-comic like abilities... then it would be a good match

But the chitauri who each weighed 300 pounds by the way one crushed a car when it landed on it.... Widow was taking on multiple at a time... so big, strong and heavy soldiers and she was knocking them out... of course the physics in MCU movies is comic like, but this is what you have to consider for Widow... so she's very strong if she was to use her MCU "physics" and Bourne stuck using "realistic" physics... Bourne has no chance... Widow would knock him out with a punch... again, using MCU physics
