I'm going with BT, though I do not know a whole lot about Val. BT hashis vison weapon for fighing at a distance. Up close he is a great fighter has strength, speed and is a genius .

Hard to go against a skilled Asgardian warrior...but I can see BT winning (25 ton strength, nice h2h skills, healing factor and smarts) if he can avoid a killing strike from Dragonfang.
