Ah, hard to judge ...   I could say that Spider-Man would be outclassed in terms of strenght and durability in this fight, but then again ... The T-800 went toe on toe with the T-X for a while. Not doing good at all, but he was still able to annoy the T-X; and I'm seeing Symbiote Spider-Man being able to rip T-800 in pieces. Still ... I'm not seeing him winning the fight just by brute force, his the T-X's durability is simply better. He would have to outsmart the terminator and I guess that he would be able to do it.  Spider-Man all the way if he uses his brain, IMO. If he brawls; he dies.
