Round 1

No equipment for Black Star.

Round 2

Tsubaki for Black Star.

1 hour of prep for Slade.

Well round one goes to slade but round 2 I think goes to black star but I could be wrong.

Black Star both rounds.

Black Star Takes this round 1. He can easily KO Deathstroke with one soul attack.

Round 2 he curbstomps.

Black Star stomps

B*S Take's both round with absoulte ease...see what I did there.

Black star stomp

Black Star held and then tossed aside one of the moon's teeth. He took a blast from the Kishin in the mouth and then spat it back out. Add that to his fighting skills, soul powers and hypersonic speeds; Deathstroke gets stomped in both rounds, BS doesn't even need Tsubaki.

BS has DS in all physical stats and is skilled on top off that. DS is used to fight superpowered opponents but rarely ones that are very skilled fighers at the same time.
