You should speak for yourself. If you actually knew what Vibranium is and what it does, you wouldn't be acting as if it would have an effect on the symbiote. I'm one of the most knowledgeable Viners on Black Panther as we speak, so your comment is also way off base.
Five years and eight months ago, T'Challa was comatose with his soul in Limbo. Shuri was the Black Panther at the time, so technically, it would be her in this battle against Venom (and she would likely lose, without a doubt, due to her inexperience). T'Challa came out of his coma with no powers.
Even if we suggest that the T'Challa in the battle was the Heart-Shaped Herb version, he would still be very likely to lose, as he wouldn't have a way to exploit Venom's weakness without prep. T'Challa normally didn't carry vibranium equipment at his disposal on a regular basis, other than his Vibranium suit, energy dampening soles and Antarctic Vibranium claws. The aforementioned suit actually nullifies and/or disrupts sound, as stated to the right, while the soles and claws had other uses that may not serve much of a purpose in this fight. Either way, Vibranium doesn't amplify sound. Unless he's got prep-time available, he's not beating Venom easily (assuming that it's Mac Gargan, who was Venom/Dark Avengers Spider-Man at the time that this thread was made).
Current, upgraded T'Challa also doesn't carry Vibranium equipment, since all Vibranium in Wakanda has been rendered inert as the end of Doomwar, five years ago.
