Black Panther will put them all (yes, all at once) in arm locks since they all have humanoid physiques. Then, after he's done, he'll go find Galactus and do the same to him.

Just seems to me that you defend anything he does even if it is as silly as an armbar on a celestial herald.

Give me an example of when he's done something that shouldn't be possible based on his abilities and the opponents, and I've defended it anyway. (Won't be able to respond though, but I will when I come back.)

Him beating superman types,flying through buildings, with melee weapons.

Difference is, he's built just so he can do that and he does it consistently. He was given super strength (and other stuff) just so he could take out guys like that, so it's not the same as when Black Panther does it. He regularly beats down on guys that are out of his weight class, but it's not as big of a difference. He's taking down bargain brand copies of superheroes, not cosmic entities. Every time he does try to take down some really powerful guy, he gets his butt handed to him. He tried to take on an evil doctor and got kicked miles away. He came back with reinforcements and they all got turned to ash. He tried to take on the living embodiment of the sun and he very nearly died (a teammate saved him). There's lots of other times when he just gets embarrassed. When he's killing super villains copied after other heroes and villains though, it's not outside his abilities since that's exactly why he was given those abilities.
