Taskmaster can copy any of his moves, yet he can't perform them as well due to the fact that he's nowhere near as physically fit as most street level characters. Tasky Is more like a quantity over quality type of guy.

That being said, Panther also has superior tech, tactical skills, and is a better h2h fighter.
