You would figure the obvious answer is T'challa
 
But Sabretooth is tricky as he's been beaten by some guys who are 2nd tier fighters but has had impressive outings as well
 
I'll go with BP

How without a way to nullify his healing factor or the blade to penetrate adamantium could Black Panther kill Sabertooth? o.O  
 He could K.O him out since B.Ps fighting style is more advanced than Sabertooths and his intelligence gives him a great advantage.

Doesent BP's standard equipment include vibranium claws which if im not mistaken can peirce adamantium, could be the opposiye I cant remember.

This fight  happened in comics, too.

Well BP wasn't using any of his advanced gear in that fight. And that fight was set up for Wolverine to fight Sabretooth and kill him.  In a real 1 on 1 fight with BP's advanced gear he stands a better chance. Don't know if he can win though.

Sabretooth. Fight's been done already. The rules in this one make no difference, and neither does equipment or terrain (since Sabretooth would win regardless of both). Giving Creed adamantium is overkill.

he has carried anti-metal vibranium on more than a few occasions. But enough to be considered standard is questionable? But seriously, why wouldn't someone like him carry it every damn fight.
