Black Panther wins here...even though Predators have shown to be great opponents... they have also shown vunerability to humans in battle when fighting them... and T Challa is no ordinary human... he is a master of several forms of H2H combat and the fact that he wears a Vibranium Costume will not help the Predators in terms of close combat... so Predator will have to rely on his shoulder cannon attacks to take down BP which wont be that easy to get BP down with... I see Black Panther taking down The Predator in a good fight

Couldnt say it any better....add in that anti-metal claws work well against its armor and its perfect.
Now wait a minute here. The preds are either handy capped as showed by the comics or severely weakened in the movies...excluding the first Predator movie. I'm talking about the Predator from the movie. The bullets bounced off his armor like paper balls. His strength is amazing wtih leaping abilities and others that makes him a super human..err, alien. He punched out of his way through a sewer with just a single punch. This makes hims stronger physically then BP.
