Black Panther v.s Midnighter

No preptime and Black Panther has no super duper suit that can stop anything or any super duper weapons of doom that some say he carries around all the time despite the comics showing otherwise.

Honestly, If neither have any time to prepare, BP would win, I say this Because He has a Better Education, More money, Better training, He's faster, He has claws. I mean really

How did he engineer him to lose? Its been stated many times that Black Panther is one of the greatest fighters in the MU and Midnighter is one of the greatest in his. Its not our fault that Midnighter would just straight up batter him without his toys.

Me liking a one character more doesn't change who I think will win. It might mean I know more about one character and have knowledge of something that would make him win, whereas someone who didn't like the character and remained ignorant of them wouldn't know, but how I feel about a character doesn't change anything.

Wrong. With no prep Midnighter has even more of an edge because he plans the battle out as if he did have prep in the first second of the fight. Midnighter is also smarter (battle wise), was programmed with sufficient skills, is faster, and will heal quickly from anything BP can dish out short of cutting off his head. I mean really.

Midnighter gets to use everything he normally uses in a fight but Black Panther doesn't. Seems like it was engineered to me. How about we say Tony Stark without his armor against a random thug with a gun?

Just because Midnighter's "toys and stuff" are surgically implanted into his body doesn't mean they're not toys just the same. This fight has one fighter fully equipped and the other without his standard gear.

what is Black Panthers STANDARD gear? cause as far as i know its a suit [that can be ripped and doesnt protect him from a good ass whoopin] and some little claws. Not some omni suit that takes all and some sword that cuts through space and time and all things in between

Okay then Black Panther isn't allowed to use his magic herbs that give him all the power. Then they are two normal guys fighting in the middle of a field. There. Now everyone is happy.

That suit youre talking about, that is made out of vibranium, that's his costume. His primary costume. The vibranium absorbs kinetic energy, so he can be hit by a car and get back up and keep fighting.

So Midnighter is the same and Black Panther has slightly above normal human stats and no gear? Nice.

His standard gear is vibranium-mesh suit that stops all kinetic motion, removing the force behind attacks that aren't very slow (a slow choke by someone with superhuman strength would work, but a punch wouldn't), retractable anti-metal claws capable of cutting through any metal, vibranium boots which function as energy generators and energy daggers that can be set from stun to kill and don't run out of juice. Maybe some other stuff.

And he has this stuff EVERY issue and uses it EVERY issue? cause i swear i have seen this dude catch a beat down....i dont think that suit does stop all kinetic motion, even superman couldnt punch him out then son.

It stops it to a level. A large enough explosion could overcome its absorption properties but it would have to pretty large seeing as he's walked out exploding buildings without any damage. No punch by peak humans or low level superhumans (talking about strength) should phase him.

Okay then so even with his fantastic suit Midnighter should tear him a new one. The dude makes red stains where peoples heads used to be he is way above a peak human. So Panther is dead. YAY

Midnighter's not strong enough. Many Marvel characters could punch through someone's head but they don't because Marvel doesn't want to show it. Bullets can blow through people's heads and BP has taken hundreds of them without a sound. Midnighter's strong, but he's not punching through BP's suit.

Yes. Midnighter can't punch through Black Panther, but his powers allow him to avoid anything BP can throw at him and survive the few attacks that might land. He will either outlast BP (superior stamina) or maneuver him (battle computer) into a position where he can disarm him and choke him to death or cripple him through the suit.
