Black Panther vs Longshot

Two encounters -  
 
1 - T'Challa has his energy daggers and Vibranium suit, Longshot has his bandoleer with 10 throwing blades. Normal character morals, incapacitation or ko. No bfr. No prep at all, battle begins 40yds apart in the upper sky box of a new soccer stadium just built in Wakanda to celebrate the nations victory in the World Cup... : ) 
 
2 - Both have basic knowledge of each other, and 1hr to come up with strategies.  Strictly h2h, no weapons or armor.  KO or Incapacitation.

Doesn't Longshot have that probability manipulation ability, whereas he is surrounded by an aura that grants him good luck? LOL.

Very intgeresting fight, I would go with longshot on both scenarios. On a no-prep encounter longshot luck powers added to his physical condition makes him a threat. On a pure hand to hand combat with no armor, longshot can still use his superior agility and luck. Blackpanther would win if this was a prep-encounter with weapons and armor.

The vibranium suit isn't completely impervious, it can be cut along the grain. Something that Longshot's luck power will definitely do. I think Longshot wins just about any encounter unless T'Challa's got prep and technology.

Yeah. The whole luck thing seem foolproof. The probability field would be useless in this situation if he lost hope or lacked confidence in himself.

Captain america once said that " Luck is nothing but preparation and good timing". If that were true BP would win. But Longshot isn't lucky. He affects probability fields. I don't know if he can make impossible things happen. I doubt it or he would never lose which he has. BP doesn't use luck to win he uses skill. If a punch is going to connect, it's going to connect. Luck can't change that.
