Black Panther vs Deadpool

This is movie Deadpool, as in Deadpool from X-Men Origins: Wolverine, or Barakapool. We are using current T'Challa with the vibranium suit. I think Black Panther can teleport currently, but I'm not sure, so if current T'Challa can't teleport, then we'll use the one who can.

They fight on the island where Deadpool fought Wolverine and Sabretooth. Who wins?
