Their are to fights One Takes Place in Black Panthers Castle and The other above New York city with them on the buildings. It's a fight to the death.

I'll say Black Panther wins this. I feel his suit could soak up DD's hits

If it was current BP, I would've taken Daredevil, but since it's apparently suit and upgrade Panther he should have the edge here, I don't see what Matt can do besides choke him out and I feel the physical edge takes away any chance DD has to lock it in on him.
