Black Panther vs Cyclops

Morals on for Panther, off for cyclops
Fight in L.A. 
Black Panther does have suit 
Cyclops cannot take off visor 
neither gets prep  
Black Panther is framed for the murder of Emma Frost and is trying to escape back to wakanda. cyclops is doing everything he can to catch him before he gets away. Panther is not worried about fighting any other x-men and cyclops is not planning on calling them in. cyclops is not willing to hurt civis but is attempting to kill panther.

Panther is agile, has quick reflexes, and is great at stealth. He escapes to Wakanda without a scratch.

Panther is top five for me but he is outgunned here. Cyclops 6/10

Even with the suit, I don't think that Panther could beat Cyclops with morals off. He just takes off the sunglasses and it's over.

This seems more elite an escape scenario, for BP.

I am sure he could escape Scott and get away, he is just that talented at evasion and stealth, combined with his athletics and speed means he disappears on Scott.

If it was a straight fight with a morals off Scott I think Scott could win like 6/10, but I would easily entertain the idea that BP wins 6/10.

Either way, it will be close.

In this fight I think that Cyclops would win this...

Throughout the marvel comics, Cyclops has not only exhibited incredible attack potency but he has shown feats of agility and remarkable precision. For example, when he was able to react to one of the most agile X-men characters(Nightcrawler):

He clearly reacts to Nightcrawler's speed

Not only does Cyclops have the ability to project lasers from his visor but he actually is skilled in the art of ju jitsu. This was evident when he performs this technique on Wolverine:

- Being able to evade wolverine's attacks

Now let's dive into some of his power feats:

First on the list, Cyclops essentially was temporarily able to push back world war hulk:

(and this is with the visor on)

In this scene where Cyclops was shooting Juggernaut, it was canonically confirmed that he had the power to destroy a small planet.

(mind you that this was with the visor on)

Finally, in this feat, Cyclops busts a mountain with his optic blasts.

Conclusion:

Cyclops has shown to have hand to hand combat skills as well incredible attack potency.
