I like both characters but I know more about Batman, so I think I would say he would win. I don't know all about Black Panther though.

Batman. He's traveled the world training in different fighting arts. Not sure about Panther's skills other than what he learned in Wakanda.

He defeated the former Black Panther.  He possessed enhanced physical strength and speed and T'challa beat him with skill. 
He also beat the Red Skull.

Killomonger's only feat is beating Black Panther.  PIS Aside Panther could probably mop the floor with him.  To be honest I'm not even saying that Panther wins, but since you asked for feats I just named 2 notable one's.

Killmonger is Black Panther's trademark villain, so it's no surprise (plus Killmonger knows Black Panther's fighting style better than everyone else). Not being able to beat him has no bearing on other characters, since Black Panther has been sized up with some of Marvel's best fighters.

A lot of his skills have not been documented, but he has mastered several styles, including African ones. Batman just so happens to have books that actually showcase his martial arts training, so things with him are more in depth.

Anyway, if it's just martial arts, I don't see why T'Challa cannot win. Bruce has no significant skill advantage above him, not to mention that T'Challa is physically enhanced here.

Also, since this is to the death, this fight is more up T'Challa's alley. He's been trained to kill since his was a child. All Wakandan warriors have been.
