@STR1: I say BP with, BP has defeated Captain America (in an animation series created by marvel) , fantastic four (same animation series), tore easily through iron man's armor.. so he should win i think but it surely is a good fight, i am just surprised hasnt this been done earlier?

In the comics T'Challa actually took down the Fantastic Four in his comic debut. He aslso took down Captain America in the Who is the Black Panther story arc. On top of this T'Challa has more advanced scientific knowledge, better tech, and super human physical abilities as advantages over Batman. I think it would be a good fight but T'Challa would win.
